Two AI assistants that analyze your FoundersBoxx data to answer business questions. This is an admin-only feature.

Meet the Team

Eli (COFO)

Your Chief Operating/Financial Officer assistant. Eli specializes in:

• Financial planning — Runway, burn rate, fundraising timing
• Growth analysis — What’s working, where to focus
• Fundraising prep — Valuations, SAFE structures, VC metrics
• Operations — Hiring timing, compensation, team KPIs
• Strategic bets — Hypothesis tracking and experiment analysis

Eli has access to your financials, metrics, cap table, team data, and strategic bets.

Milo (GTM)

Your Go-to-Market assistant. Milo specializes in:

• Pipeline analysis — Deal health, conversion rates, forecasting
• Lead prioritization — Which prospects to focus on
• Outreach optimization — Messaging, sequences, campaign performance
• ICP alignment — How well leads match your ideal customer profile
• Sales coaching — Best practices and strategy

Milo has access to your contacts, pipeline, campaigns, sequences, and interactions.

Asking Questions

Access the assistants via the Ask Eli & Milo button in the top navigation. Use the dropdown to switch between agents based on your question topic.

Type your question and press Enter. Each assistant works with your actual data, not generic advice.

Agent Collaboration

Eli and Milo work together. When answering cross-domain questions, one agent can consult the other:

• Eli might ask Milo about pipeline health when forecasting revenue
• Milo might ask Eli about budget constraints when planning campaigns

You’ll see these consultations in the chat, showing how the agents collaborate.

Conversation History

Click View conversation history to see past conversations and continue where you left off. Each agent maintains separate conversation history.

Settings

Admins can access AI settings via the gear icon.

AI Provider

Choose your preferred AI provider:

• Claude (Anthropic) — Default
• OpenAI (GPT) — Alternative option
• Gemini (Google) — Alternative option

Model Selection

Each provider offers multiple models with different speed/capability tradeoffs. Choose based on your needs — faster models for quick queries, more capable models for complex analysis.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

Use your own API keys for AI providers. Contact support to enable.

Usage Limits

Your plan determines how many AI queries you can make per month:

• Starter plans — Limited queries for Eli and Milo
• Founder plans — Unlimited queries

Track your usage in Account Settings → Billing. Usage resets monthly.

Privacy

Both assistants only access your FoundersBoxx account data:

• No external API calls or web searches
• No access to other companies’ data
• Conversations stored securely within your account
• No training on your data

Eli and Milo provide insights to inform your thinking, not professional advice:

• Not financial advice — Consult a CPA or CFO for accounting decisions
• Not legal advice — Consult an attorney for contracts, equity, compliance
• Not tax advice — Consult a tax professional for tax planning
• Data-dependent — Quality of insights depends on your data quality

The agents can only analyze data within FoundersBoxx. They cannot access external systems, your email, or information you haven’t entered.
