Team Directory

A visual directory of your team showing where everyone is located. Access via My Workspace → Team Directory.

Directory View

The default view shows team member cards with:

  • Photo and name
  • Job title
  • Department or team
  • Contact information
  • Location

Click any card to view the full employee profile.

Use the search bar to find team members by name. Filter by department or team to narrow the view.

Org Chart

Switch to Org Chart for a diagrammatic view of your company’s reporting structure.

How It Works

The chart is auto-generated from manager relationships set in employee profiles. No manual arrangement needed — just set each person’s manager correctly.

Reading the Chart

  • Top level — CEO/founders and anyone without a manager
  • Branches — Direct reports shown beneath each manager
  • Levels — Each row represents a reporting level
  • Zoom — Zoom in/out to see detail or overview
  • Pan — Drag to move around large charts
  • Click — Click any person to view their profile
  • Expand/Collapse — Collapse branches to simplify the view

Keeping It Accurate

The org chart reflects employee profiles. To fix errors:

  1. Go to Team Admin → Employees
  2. Edit the employee profile
  3. Set the correct Manager field
  4. The org chart updates automatically

Common issues:

  • Person appears at wrong level → Wrong manager set
  • Person missing from chart → No employee profile created
  • Person at root when they shouldn’t be → Manager field empty

My Team

Managers see an additional My Team view that lists direct reports and tracks their evaluations.

What You See

  • List of all direct reports
  • Each person’s current role and tenure
  • Pending evaluations for your team
  • Quick links to evaluate or view profiles

Accessing My Team

This tab only appears if you have people reporting to you. If you should see it but don’t:

  1. Ask an admin to set you as manager in employee profiles
  2. The tab appears once at least one person reports to you

Evaluation Tracking

From My Team, you can:

  • See which evaluations are due
  • Start new evaluations
  • View completed evaluations
  • Track evaluation completion rates

Profile Cards

Each team member’s profile shows:

  • Basic info — Name, title, department, start date
  • Contact — Email, phone, location
  • Reporting — Manager and direct reports
  • Teams — Functional teams they belong to
  • Tenure — How long they’ve been with the company

Admin users can edit profiles. Regular users can view team information based on their permissions.
