Organize your outreach efforts into structured campaigns targeting specific segments.

Creating Campaigns

Click New Campaign to set up:

  • Name - Descriptive campaign name
  • Description - Campaign goals and context
  • Target ICP - Link to an ICP profile
  • Start/End Dates - Campaign duration
  • Owner - Team member responsible

Campaign Types

  • Outbound - Cold outreach to new prospects
  • Inbound - Nurture sequences for inbound leads
  • Event - Conference or webinar follow-ups
  • Re-engagement - Win-back dormant contacts

Adding Contacts

Add contacts to campaigns individually or in bulk:

  1. From campaign view, click Add Contacts
  2. Search and select contacts
  3. Or use filters to add matching contacts

Campaign Sequences

Link a sequence to automatically enroll campaign contacts. Each contact progresses through the sequence steps independently.

Campaign Metrics

Track campaign performance:

  • Contacts enrolled - Total in campaign
  • Email open rate - Engagement metric
  • Reply rate - Response percentage
  • Meetings booked - Conversion to meetings
  • Pipeline generated - Revenue influenced
