Pipeline Management

Visualize and manage your sales pipeline from lead to close.

Pipeline View

The pipeline view shows deals organized by stage in a kanban-style board. Each card displays:

  • Contact/company name
  • Deal value
  • Days in stage
  • Owner
  • Next action

Pipeline Metrics

Track key pipeline metrics:

  • Total Pipeline Value - Sum of all active opportunities
  • Weighted Pipeline - Value adjusted by stage probability
  • Average Deal Size - Mean value across opportunities
  • Sales Velocity - How quickly deals move through stages

Filtering

Filter the pipeline by:

  • Owner - See specific rep’s deals
  • Stage - Focus on particular stages
  • Value Range - High/low value deals
  • Activity - Stale vs active deals

Moving Deals

Drag cards between stages to update status. The system automatically logs stage changes and timestamps for reporting.
