Pipeline View
The pipeline view shows deals organized by stage in a kanban-style board. Each card displays:
- Contact/company name
- Deal value
- Days in stage
- Owner
- Next action
Pipeline Metrics
Track key pipeline metrics:
- Total Pipeline Value - Sum of all active opportunities
- Weighted Pipeline - Value adjusted by stage probability
- Average Deal Size - Mean value across opportunities
- Sales Velocity - How quickly deals move through stages
Filtering
Filter the pipeline by:
- Owner - See specific repβs deals
- Stage - Focus on particular stages
- Value Range - High/low value deals
- Activity - Stale vs active deals
Moving Deals
Drag cards between stages to update status. The system automatically logs stage changes and timestamps for reporting.
